The Learning Consortia supports the public, charity, voluntary and private sectors through the design, development and delivery of creative, innovative, compelling and challenging training programmes, tools and resources to bring about real and lasting social change.
As a membership organisation, TLC’s primary focus is supporting its associate and affiliate members in the raising of funds and pooling of resources for the design, delivery and evaluation of creative and inspirational social change programmes. We are promoting the benefits of enhanced social and emotional well-being, and providing educational, employment and entrepreneurship skills support to enable individuals, communities and organisations to thrive – bringing tangible benefits to the wider society.
TLC’s ultimate aim is to engage, enable, empower and equip people from marginalised and disadvantaged backgrounds to achieve their intellectual, social, emotional and economic independence and well-being using the Choices Programme.

TLC’s primary focus is helping to remove the barriers that prohibit people from turning potential and promise into progression and achievement using the C.H.O.I.C.E.S Clubs and Academy. It is our passion to give of our talents, energies, resources and time to support and make a difference to the lives of the marginalised and disadvantaged groups in our communities.
